You can now start installing Windows 11 from this bootable USB. Step 4: Lastly, copy and paste the downloaded ei.cfg file (and not the ZIP file) to the Sources folder.
Next, double-click on the Sources folder located at the root of the bootable USB to open the same. To do that, double click on the bootable USB drive in This PC.
